ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be:

Calling agents, brokers, property owners - lots of phone calls!

Underwriting and analyzing new acquisitions

Due diligence on new acquisitions

Research rental and sales markets

More phone calls!

Previous work experience in sales. (Not limited to Real Estate)

Knowledge in real estate transactions is a plus.

Create and maintain an organized database

Interacting with lenders & equity investors

1 year sales experience preferred
